Many past participants have told me these retreats are profound for them, but it’s hard to continue the momentum when they get home. For that reason, I’m recommending a  mindfulness and meditation course that you can complete at your own pace. This course will help you
build a solid mindfulness and meditation practice through mindfulness theory, several exercises and working on establishing your own daily meditation practice. This will help you stay in the flow and grow the mindset that you will create when participating in the retreat! To read more detailed information about this course and to register, please click here.

Cost of the retreat without follow-up program is 25.300 shillings.

This price includes two nights accommodation (shared rooms), two times breakfast, lunch and dinner (all delicious and vegetarian), all meditation sessions, and contemplation material to help you reflect on your life.

BUDGET OPTION: If you don’t sleep in the house but bring your own tent/mat/sleeping bag instead, cost will be 18.500,- shilling.

Participants can share cars to and from Thika. Maximum amount of participants is 10.

To confirm and secure your space a 50% Non-refundable deposit needs to be paid through mpesa on nr 0727388809 or bank transfer on the time of booking. You can fill out the form below to register.
