What can you expect to gain from this training?

When you have completed this program:

  • You will have established a healthy self-care routine through daily mindfulness and meditation practice.
  • You have uncovered, identified and formulated what it is that makes you truly happy and that you most want for yourself in all of your life areas.
  • You are transforming and crafting your days around those things by deliberately choosing in favor of what matters most to you every day.
  • You have a strong sense of purpose, meaning and direction which makes you feel happy and fulfilled.

Eight sessions, three modules

The training consists of 3 modules, divided over 8 sessions. The modules of this training serve as a step by step guideline to create a mindful mind-set and to hand you the tools that will enable you to identify craft and live the life you really want for yourself.

Module 1, two weeks – Introduction to mindfulness.
The first module is an introduction to mindfulness theory, concepts, tools and exercises. You will start your daily meditation practice from the first session onward.

Module 2, three weeks – Creating clarity and getting focus.
In the three sessions of the second module you will be working on getting clarity and focus through a lot of guided reflections, journaling and clarification exercises

Module 3, three weeks – Applying mindfulness in your day-to-day life.
The last three weeks you will transfer all the work that you did in the previous five weeks into the reality of your day-to-day life.

All these steps are designed to in the end of the training let you wake up in the morning feeling rested and energetic, to go through your days with inspiration and a plan and the ability to stick to that plan, and to look back at your day feeling happy, fulfilled, calm and relaxed!

Training sessions

  • In eight weeks you will receive a training session once a week in your inbox. Each training session consists of a video, meditation and worksheets.
  • Each video session will take between 45 minutes -1 hour. The sessions include exercises and (reflection) assignments which you will work on during the course of the session.
  • Before the start of each session you will print out your worksheets that will be delivered to you in your inbox and that you will use during the training session and in between sessions.
  • At the end of each training session you will be referred to the meditation or yoga downloads that you received along with the video and worksheets. You will practice this meditation immediately after the training session is finished and each day of the following week. Doing these practices is essential in getting most out of this training.
  • You can do the training session on the day and time in the week that is most convenient for you and it is no problem if you take longer than 8 weeks to complete the course. The training material will always be available to you.
  • In addition to the training sessions you need to allocate around 40 minutes each day for meditation practice and some weeks you will want to spend another 1 or 2 hours during the week on your homework assignments. You don’t have to finish this in one sitting.
  • I (Eva) will be available to you over the email to answer your questions and to give you feedback on your classwork and homework exercises if desired. In addition, you are entitled to a one hour coaching session (either face-to-face or on skype, depending on your location) during the course of the training.
  • Cost of the training is 250 euro or 25.000,- shilling. If you start this training before 15 October 2018 you’ll receive 20% discount and only pay 20.000,- Shilling!
